Born in Fairbanks, Alaska, and raised in the commercial fishing industry in Kodiak, Alaska, Britt pursued a nursing degree at Western Washington University and has lived in Seattle, San Francisco and Scottsdale, prior to proudly calling Santa Fe home. Britt’s diverse tenure spans over 13 years in the real estate industry. Her specialization in residential real estate acquisition includes unique luxury real estate, homes with historic significance, investment property and feasibility consultation. Britt attributes her work ethic and creative ability to achieve results to her years fishing under extreme conditions. Britt subscribes to a work hard - play hard philosophy. Having rafted down the Grand Canyon as an assistant river guide (swamper), Britt is also a former member of the Arizona Golf Association who assisted with Pro-Am Tournaments, she is a competitive USTA tennis player, has equestrian showing experience, enjoys skiing and has hiked throughout the Southwest Pueblo ruins. Britt believes in protecting and supporting local communities and making a difference in her own backyard. Appointed in 2004 by the current Mayor of Phoenix, Britt served on the Camelback Village Planning/Zoning Committee, she also served as a mentor through Qwest for Kids and Aguila Youth Leadership Institute, and she earned the reputation as a top political fundraiser in Phoenix, Arizona.
