Valets/Shuttle Driver

Primary Functions Valet:
• Greet and assist all members and guests with anything that they may require, ensuring that their time spent at the property is pleasant and enjoyable.
• Coordinate the parking duties for most special functions, as well monitoring the cleanliness of all outside areas.
• Communicate with the entire staff to coordinate efforts aimed at providing world- class service.
• Greet the members and their guests at the valet/bag drop area of the clubhouse and park their cars.
• Actively perform all member/guest services (open car doors, direct all members and guests to their destination, safely park and retrieve vehicles).

Primary Function Shuttle Driver:
• Driving any guests or members to appropriate destinations in a safe and
• professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle, including interior and exterior.
• Access, input and retrieve information from department computer system.
• Coordinate, track, and respond quickly to all transportation requests.
• Responsible for billing procedures and proper handling of any reports.
• Maintain professional composure in high stress situations in order to make last minute changes
Experience:
• 3 years driving experience.
• Experience driving an automatic and standard transmission.
Education/Certifications:
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state driver’s license and clean MVR

Primary Functions:
• Greet members/guests as they arrive.
• Manage and operate the valet area.
• Prepare and store golf carts with player’s bags.
• Operate and manage the bag storage area.
• Prepare the warm up and practice area.
• Close and pick the practice facility every night.
• Keep work area clean and orderly.
• Perform minor club repairs when necessary.
• Conduct monthly inventory.
Perform other duties as assigned.

HVAC Technician

Scope:
The HVAC Technician position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the Club’s business goals and objectives. You will also be responsible for providing leadership and training for team members that may benefit from your experienced

Experience:

• 15 – 20 or more years’ experience in electrical systems, HVAC, and mechanical systems required.
• Good working knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, HVAC systems electrical, etc.
• Strong HVAC installation, repair and diagnosis.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend and carry out instruction with computer, specifically in Microsoft Word and Excel

Education
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Certification and/or License Requirement:

• Must have EPA Certification (Universal)
• Valid state driver’s license and clean MVR.

• Follow Las Campanas Etiquette at all times while on property.
• Communicate service/inventory needs to dining room captain.
• Knowledge of member's names and ability to use guest names.
• Inspects cleanliness of silverware, china and glassware prior to use.
• Reviews all table settings, centerpieces, glassware, flatware and linen.
• Sets table according to type of function and appropriate standards.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of work area.
