We are pleased to welcome guests to the Club at Las Campanas. The following information will be helpful as you enjoy our facilities as the invited guest of a member. Should you have any questions about this information, please contact Member Services at 505-995-3500.

  • Dining Dress Code
    • DINING DRESS CODE
      The relaxed dress code policies for the restaurants rely upon the social standards generally upheld by our members and guests. The following are certain requirements and suggested attire for the various dining venues:  

      1. Spa Café offers casual outdoor lunch and snack service during the summer months. Wet swimsuits and bare feet are not permitted in the Spa Café. Swimsuit cover ups and shirts are required. Suggested attire: casual, shorts, sports clothing. Swim attire is appropriate when dining poolside.

      2. Log Cabin presents a Country Western atmosphere offering casual and relaxed evening dining. Suggested attire: casual and jeans. Cowboy hats are permitted.

      3. Hacienda Lounge, and Torreon provide an informal option for dining at the Hacienda Clubhouse. Suggested attire: casual, sportswear, shorts, and jeans permitted. Hats (including men’s golf caps and cowboy hats) are permitted only on the Torreon.  

      4. Hacienda Dining Room and Hacienda Portal presents a more formal, fine dining experience and many members and guests prefer “Country Club Casual” or “Casual Chic.” Suggested attire: slacks, jeans absent frays, rips and holes, skirts, dresses, collared shirts tucked in (unless the shirt is designed to be worn outside the pants, such as a camp shirt, with a straight hem). Sport coats are optional. Shorts and t-shirts are not permitted in the Hacienda Dining Room, and not on the Hacienda Portal after 5:00 p.m. Gentlemen’s hats and caps, and ladies baseball and golf style hats should be removed for dining after 5:00 pm on the Hacienda Portal. At the first infraction noted, a friendly reminder email will be sent. Caps and hats must be removed indoors and on the Hacienda Portal.  

  • Golf Dress Code
    • GOLF DRESS CODE  

      1. Proper golf attire is to be worn at all times while on the courses, at the Practice Park and in Golf Performance Center.  
      2. For men, proper attire is a tucked-in golf shirt and slacks or golf shorts. Golf shorts must be Bermuda length. Caps must be worn with the bill forward. Denim Jeans of any type are not acceptable attire. Swimsuits, running, cargo, and tennis shorts or cut-offs are not acceptable attire.



      3. For women, proper attire is a golf shirt or golf t-shirt, golf shorts, skirts, capris or slacks. Jogging suits, swimsuits, running shorts, short shorts, halter tops, tennis shorts or tennis dresses are not acceptable attire. Yoga pants may be worn as a layering piece only.

      4. Shoes designed specifically for golf must be worn at all times. Metal spikes are not allowed. TCLC Club Rules: April 2023 Page 8  
      5. Members are responsible for the attire of their guests.  
      6. The Professional Staff will strictly enforce the dress code and will refuse an improperly attired golfer the right to play.
  • Cell Phones
    • Cell phone calls should only be made for emergency purposes, and we encourage members to carry a cell phone on the golf courses and during trail rides. Silent e-mail or texting is acceptable. Please be courteous in your data use of cell phones in outside areas. Cell phone conversations are not permitted in any Club facility, including the Fitness, Spa, Pickleball and Tennis Center, Golf Shop, Golf Courses Golf Performance Center or Practice Park, the Outdoor & Indoor Pools, Dog Park, the Hacienda and all dining facilities, Portal and Torreon, the Equestrian Center and on trail rides.

  • No Tipping Facility
    • The Club at Las Campanas is a “No Tipping” facility. Exceptions to this policy include independent contract employees, such as Fitness Center Personal Trainers, Spa Service Providers, and Locker room attendants, who are allowed to receive tips at the discretion of the member or guest using the service.

  • No Smoking
    • Smoking is not permitted in any Club facility, including the Fitness Center, Spa, Pickleball and Tennis Center, the Golf Shop, Golf Performance Center or Practice Park, the Outdoor & Indoor Pools, Dog Park, the Hacienda and all dining facilities, Portal and Torreon, the Equestrian Center, and on trail rides; with the exception of the Golf Courses. Smoking of cigarettes and cigars is permitted on the Golf Courses only, and smokers must properly dispose of cigarette/cigar butts.
